Monarch Transformers is a technology-led transformer manufacturing company established under the Monarch Group, focused on delivering high-performance solutions for modern power systems.

We manufacture Power Transformers up to 245 kV class, along with Solar / Inverter Duty and Distribution Transformers, supporting the full spectrum of transmission and distribution requirements.

What defines Monarch is the manufacturing and validation system behind every transformer.

Advanced winding technologies, vapour phase drying for high-voltage insulation, vacuum drying autoclaves for distribution applications, and automated, controlled production environments ensure consistent build quality.

Every transformer is validated through comprehensive in-house testing, including impulse, partial discharge, SFRA, tan delta and heat run tests before dispatch.

Built across 1,75,000 sq ft, our integrated manufacturing facility in Vadodara is designed to scale efficiently while maintaining strict process control and engineering precision.

Arnav Patel is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with a strong focus on building scalable, future-ready businesses across financial services and industrial sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management with a specialization in Finance from The George Washington University.

Yash Shah

Director

Yash Shah is an enterprising leader, driving the company’s vision to build a high-quality, future-ready manufacturing platform for the power sector. With a foundation in electrical engineering, a Master's from New York University (NYU) and global experience across consulting and financial services, Yash brings a structured, systems-led approach to building scalable businesses. Prior to Monarch Transformers, he worked with Ernst & Young US and Citibank India, gaining exposure to large data transformation programs focused on process design, risk frameworks, and data-driven strategic initiatives.

At Monarch, Yash is focused on building an organization defined by process rigor, quality discipline, and execution reliability. He is actively involved in shaping the company’s operational foundation, supplier ecosystem, and long-term scale strategy. His vision is to position Monarch as a trusted manufacturing partner for utilities, EPCs, and infrastructure players, delivering consistent quality at scale while aligning with the evolving needs of power and energy systems.
