Monarch’s 175,000 sq. ft. facility in Vadodara is designed around controlled, repeatable and fully documented production processes.

Organised into dedicated zones for winding, core assembly, drying, final assembly and testing, the facility is built for seamless production flow across transformer types and ratings.

Heavy-duty material handling systems, including crane capacity up to 150 MT, support safe and efficient handling of large assemblies.

Foil Winding Machine

Advanced foil winding machines enable precise layer formation, uniform pressure distribution and superior short-circuit strength across transformer windings. This ensures high electrical reliability and supports consistent performance in distribution and inverter duty transformer applications.

Vapour Phase Drying (VPD)

For high-voltage Power Transformers, Monarch uses Vapour Phase Drying (VPD) to achieve deep and uniform moisture removal from insulation under controlled vacuum conditions. This process enhances dielectric strength and ensures long-term insulation reliability for transformers up to 245 kV class.

Vacuum Drying Autoclaves (VDA)

For Solar / Inverter Duty and Distribution Transformers, our Vacuum Drying Autoclaves deliver controlled thermal and vacuum drying of insulation and winding structures. Managed heating cycles and vacuum control ensure uniform moisture removal and consistent insulation performance.

Automation and Digital Process Control

Manufacturing at Monarch is technology-driven throughout. PLC-based equipment ensures process repeatability, while SCADA-controlled systems monitor critical parameters in real-time. Digital documentation across production ensures traceability, process consistency and controlled output quality.
